The solution worked entirely within their existing Google Drive, required no migration or new software, and preserved the original folder structure throughout the process.

AI Content Analysis

Each image and video was passed to Gemini AI, which analyzed the visual content, identifying products, people, settings, and key details to understand what each file actually contained.

Intelligent Name Generation

Based on the content analysis, the AI generated a descriptive, human-readable filename for each file, transforming 'IMG_20240315_092847.jpg' into something like 'green-smoothie-product-shot-kitchen.jpg'.

Bulk Rename Execution

The automation processed files in optimized batches, renaming thousands of files directly in Google Drive without moving, duplicating, or disrupting the existing folder hierarchy.

Structure Preservation

The original folder organization was kept completely intact. Files stayed in their existing locations, only their names changed, making the transformation seamless for the team.
